My name is Isaiah Phillips, but most people know me as Trainer Zay.
Fitness has always been a part of my life. I ran cross country and track throughout high school, and that’s where I first fell in love with discipline, endurance, and pushing past limits. After graduating college with a degree in Information Technology, I knew sitting behind a desk wasn’t my full purpose. I became a certified trainer and started helping others take control of their health — and I’ve been training clients ever since 2018.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages and experience levels. Whether it’s building strength through weight training or improving athletic performance with non-weighted movement, I tailor every plan to fit the individual.
When I’m not training, you’ll find me in the gym, spending time with friends, or being a full-time dad to my amazing daughter. She inspires me every day to show up strong — and I want to help others do the same.
My mission is simple: to help people build a life of confidence by transforming their health. Because when you feel strong in your body, everything else starts to align.
