All services are governed under the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes related to services provided will be handled within this legal jurisdiction.

Payments & Refund Policy

All services (training packages, coaching programs, and nutrition consultations) must be paid in full before sessions begin.

Once services have started, no refunds will be provided. This policy helps maintain fairness, structure, and accountability for both coach and client.

 

If you’re unhappy with your program, please reach out — we’ll work with you to make reasonable adjustments and improve your experience.

Health & Risk Disclaimer

By participating in any service offered by Trainer Zay, you confirm that:

  • You’re in suitable health for physical activity or have received medical clearance.

  • You understand that any physical exercise involves risks and assume full responsibility for injuries or health issues that may occur.

  • You release Trainer Zay and affiliated parties from liability related to injury, illness, or damages during your participation in any program.

Your safety is a priority. Always communicate physical limitations or health concerns before beginning any plan.

Commitment & Accountability

By enrolling in our personal training, online coaching, or nutrition programs, you agree to the following terms. These policies help ensure that every client receives the highest level of service, structure, and accountability.

We’re here to coach, support, and guide you — but your effort matters. You’re expected to:

  • Show up for scheduled sessions on time

  • Follow your customized program to the best of your ability

  • Complete weekly check-ins (online or in-person)

  • Keep communication open and honest

Progress comes from consistency. Skipping workouts, ignoring your plan, or failing to check in regularly may affect your results — and your coaching relationship.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Life happens, but communication is key.

  • All in-person sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing the session.

  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in changes to your scheduling privileges.

  • Online clients are expected to check in weekly on their designated day to stay on track with adjustments and feedback.

Respecting the schedule helps us serve everyone better and stay consistent with your goals.
