What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

That’s totally fine. Your program is tailored to your body, including any injuries or movement restrictions. We’ll work around it while still helping you build strength and mobility.

Do I have to be in shape to start training with you?

Not at all. You don’t need to be fit — you just need to be ready to start. Every program is customized to your current fitness level, and we progress together from there.

How does the custom app work?

Once you sign up, you’ll get access to your personal dashboard. Your workouts, nutrition plan, and progress tracking are all in one place — available 24/7 from your phone.

Do you offer meal plans?

We don’t use one-size-fits-all meal plans. Instead, we create custom nutrition guidance based on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences — something sustainable, not restrictive.

How often do I get to check in?

All coaching clients (in-person and online) receive weekly check-ins and 24/7 text support. This is where we assess your progress, adjust your plan, and stay accountable to your goals.

What’s the difference between in-person training and online coaching?

In-person training gives you one-on-one sessions with Zay in the gym. Online coaching gives you a custom plan, access to the app, weekly check-ins, and direct messaging — all remotely.
